Streaks are not synchronized between web and 2 android app installations

I installed memrise app on two android devices and also sometimes I use web app. As you see below, all of them have different streak numbers. I tried clearing cache and memory and reinstalling app without success.
I think the streaks shall be synchronized, can someone tell me why they are not?
Also I am not sure that I lost some streak & it is a just a simple miscalculation. So does filling this form help me?
