Again I had 159 days of Streak and now I find myself 1 Streak. Anyone can rearrange things please?

What date did you lose your streak and how many days did you lose?
I have lost my streak too, the day before yesterday, german 5000 words course, cca 20 days.
I think it was wednesday (16th november) with 14 days of streak. Is not much, I know 
At least, I am having a 2 days streak today…
