It works perfectly on the website for not-completed courses.
So your problem might be related to their mobile apps?
I think it might be related to the clunky app, for sure. But yesterday did my daily of CarpeLinguam Latin on web; showed daily goal complete, and 38 day streak. Today on both web and app, streak is gone. Maybe because I “missed” the day on the app and did on web instead??? Who knows. Anyway back down to 1 day (and yep I have time zones set properly.) This is now the third time this has happened in the two months I’ve been using memrise. App also shows I"m on various days of the week for various courses, none of which ever match up with the actual day of the week. Yep I know streak doesn’t matter for some people; bully for them. It’s frustrating and at this rate I am not feeling much like renewing my paid membership for Memrise next year. I’ve submitted help request – very telling that there is actually a dedicated category for “streak repair”. Poor support people, they must be sick of hearing about it.
Well, I’ve said my piece so that if others are in the same boat, they can know they’re not the only ones, and I’ve submitted yet another support request on the matter.
