A year later and I am having the same problem. Why haven’t they fixed this yet? I really want to love this app but I swear if anything it is getting more and more buggy and they aren’t fixing the old bugs! Really frustrating and the main thing putting me off a paid for subscription.

User tries to have streaks restored. Using link (see above), but get error message (see image).
Is this indeed ithe right link to use? And what is the right way to get the streaks restored?
