Streak Issues - Learn Basic Arabic

Hey All,

I’ve been having a recurrent issue this week with my streak for Learn Basic Arabic.

My daily achievements seem to shift over by a day, negating the first day of my streak. For instance, I achieved my goal on Monday to return on Tuesday and see that the achievement was applied to Tuesday only. I then returned today to see that my achievement from Wednesday was applied to today and Wednesday, but now Tuesday is missing. The weird thing is that my Streak Clock is correct, telling me how many hours I have today until I complete the assigned points.

Please let me know if there is anything you can do to help. It’s pretty annoying.

Hi Alex. I’ve had that problem before, and it’s likely you’re set to the wrong time zone.

Hi Alex_Corbell and Thisfox,
Apologies for the confusion with the Learning Stats ( http://www.memrise.com/home/learning-statistics/ ) and Daily Goal.
Whilst the Daily Goal runs on the timezone set in your Settings, the Learning Streak still runs on GMT…
We understand this is very annoying for those located outside of GMT timezones and are working on getting it to run on a user’s specific timezone.
Many apologies for the inconvenience in the meantime!
