After (classic) reviewing an course I learned about a year ago, I noticed that the interval of the whole level was set to 132 days. This particular level had three words schedule for review. I thought that the maximum was 180 days and the next one below that 96 days, as it says in these three links:

- Frequency that words are reviewed?
Where does the 132 days come from?
And BTW: I tried to find the Memrise FAQ or help page describing this to no avail. Anyone knows?
