I am facing a problem with audios in Opera on Ubuntu (with Flash enabled). Sound is not playing, there is a message in JS console:
soundManager timed out memrise-bundle-0cad12014.js:2
Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Opera brings outdated/limited bundled codecs. One can use https://html5test.com/ to see if MP3 is supported by browser. On my installation it was not. Installing Chrome codecs (and restarting Opera after that) resolved the problem: sudo apt-get install chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-extra.
