"Sorry, There was an error loading the session!"

Hi,
since few days ago, whenever i try to study the course ‘1100 words you need to know’ i get this error saying “Sorry, There was an error loading the session!” this happens when i select section ’ Learn New Words’ for my course and the others like ’ classic review’ and ‘speed review’ are fine.
i think it’s a program side problem. i contact the support team few days ago but still have not receive any help.

It may be so that the creator has not finished some entries yet. You can’t learn new words because there aren’t no full entries maybe… This kind of thing happened on my courses when I forgot to put the translation on some words

You can check it when you open each level and inspect it

Atikker is correct.

There are some missing entries in the level.

The courses creator has not finished with the course. Looks like the level’s starting with “IDIOMS” are still being worked on.

I have had the same problem for two days with Korean 2. I finished Korean 1 and wanted to continue on to Korean 2, but it won’t load.

Until today I could review the Korean 1 course just fine using the app, but still couldn’t start any new course, I tried others than the Korean 2 as well. I googled for troubleshooting and it was suggested that I log out and then log back in again. This is when the app stopped working altogether.

I couldn’t even log out – instead I got a notification that “something went wrong” and that I “may be out of internet fuel”. I’m not out of internet fuel, because the wifi works just fine in every other regard but this app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I still get the same internet fuel message when I try to open it. The settings seem to be fine, wifi access allowed etc.

The Korean 2 course works just fine on the computer.

I checked the entries for the latest level that i was studying, and yes there’s some entries with no translation
thanks

often it happens that you’ll get a much quicker answer here in this forum, so do not hesitate to ask next time

I realize my post above went a little unnotized, but I thought I’d leave a note saying I got the problem resolved.

Two more uninstalls and reinstalls later the app magically started to work again and I could load and start the new course as well.
