[Site Feedback] Suggestion for Courses Display in Dashboard

Hi all! I didn’t know where to post this, but I’ve already taken a lot of courses, and I noticed that ALL my finished courses are still displayed on my main Dashboard page. I wanted to suggest that we could be able to "Mark off’ courses once we really are finished with them, so that only courses wee are still taking would be displayed on our main Dashboard. It just leaves the list feeling cluttered, and lacking the feeling of officially having finished that course , especially when the blue Review button still says you have X-number of items to review, when you’ve already finished the course. It’s just a suggestion. Thanks!

That’s part of learning with a SRS. The forgetting curve doesn’t just disappear because you’ve reached the final flash card. You still need to keep reviewing items after you’ve finished a course if you don’t want to lose everything you spent so much time studying

That being said, I agree that more filtering/sorting options for the dashboard would be nice.

The blue review button is there to remind you to review. If you are not interested in reviewing, and you want the course removed from your dashboard, then that’s simple to fix. Just quit the course.

At the top right of the dashboard there is a dropdown menu that allows you to sort and filter the courses on your dashboard. If you select “Recently learned” then the active courses will be at the top and the courses you do not do anymore at the bottom. If you select “With goal set” then the courses without a set goal will not be displayed.
