Somebody had mentioned the idea of chat rooms and I think that’s a great idea. I would really like to be able to have better communication with those who are studying the language I’m learning, however my issue is that it is hard to FIND people that are studying the same language I am. I wish there was a better way. Perhaps if there a was an option that can be made to search for people studying the same language by including a check box in the profile. That way we can better communicate. Plus it is hard to find people unless they make a post on this forum. You have to login to Memrise and then you have to login to this forum and some people are still not on this forum. It’s two different places and it’s inconvenient.

Since I can’t message anyone on the Memrise site it’s hard to connect with others learning the same language. Any thoughts?

Aren’t the names used across the sites identical? Perhaps you could search for users here that you recognise from the course leaderboards?

I would like to find people who are trying to go in the opposite direction - I am trying to learn their native tongue while they are trying to learn mine …

THat would be great too. Perhaps Memrise could put up badges for people who contribute from their own native tongue!
