Separate entries sharing identical column data as others

Hello course creators!

So having been inactive for a while I am working through the troves of requests on my courses. One particular recurring problem that has developed since I have been absent is in regards to separate entries that share column values with others. This may perhaps make more sense if I use a specific example.

Within my Currencies of the World course many countries share a currency, for example the eurozone. This particular issue arises when doing the initial learning. Say you are only learning the currencies of France and Germany, both of which are the euro. When you are prompted with France and would have two options to chose from, both would be ‘Euro’. In the past Memrise accepted either, regardless of whether it was the ‘Euro’ value from France or Germany in the database. However Memrise now only accepts the ‘Euro’ from the correct database entry. I hope this makes sense.

I have tried everything I could think of to cheat Memrise into accepting both values, but no luck. Does anyone one have any ideas? My stopgap measure is going to be to add a suffix at the end of such values indicating which entry it belongs to (i.e. France’s Euro would become Euro (FR)), this is obviously less than ideal, so would be grateful if there is known workaround to the problem!

Thanks!
