When I used the MemRise app I could access a section on grammar. This appears to be missing from the website: Is it only available on the app?

I don’t know about the Russian course, but that’s how it is in the official Mandarin 1 course (grammar lessons are only available through the app, not the website).
Thanks for your swift answer. It seems odd to me that PC users get 2nd class service!

Your question had me wondering if there might be a Russian Grammar Wiki (similar to the Chinese Grammar Wiki), but after a brief search I’m not sure there is.
Meanwhile, this page has some explanations and tables, and looks like it might be a handy supplement:
