Have reached Level 5 in Russian 2 course, name of the course is “Buying Supplies”.
When learning new words, I noticed that the Russian audio pronunciations for “car” and “taxi” are missing from the app. Although the speaker icon is there, it is grayed out every time the word comes up.
This is also a problem for the type of exercise where the word is only spoken, and you have to type the word you hear. When that exercise comes up for “car” or “taxi”, no word is spoken.
This problem persisted through a phone restart, as well as reloading memrise and doing several different exercises for the lesson.
However, since I have pro, I just tried downloading the course for offline use. This seems to have downloaded the missing audio, and it works again. I wonder if anyone without PRO is getting screwed?
EDIT: nevermind, the missing audio problem persists intermittently. No guarantee for any given exercise whether the word will be pronounced or not.
I’m having some audio issues right now, too. I think they might be making changes.

I’m also getting no audio in a German course review, just came here to see if other people were having audio problems.
Yep, audio is bugging right now. Tried a couple of courses and maybe 2 of 5 words have sound. Sigh.
lol, just had German audio come back on and it scared the ** out of me because my speakers were set too high 
But it seems to be working only with words recorded by one individual, so there is still a problem.
