Date of first occurrence I don’t remember the exact date, but the problem has dragged on for 2 weeks at least

Description of steps you took when issue happened
When I press the botton to review all courses ( №1 in the photo) I get not all words (№2 in the photo).
When I’ve finished reviewing session I have the rest of words (№3 in the photo). When I press the botton to review them I get a problem (№4 in the photo).
P.S.: I still suffer from this problem The button "Edit" disappeared - #3
