For quite a while now I experience a problem with reviewing. When I review from the dashboard, after abeout 20 phrases I get an errror message. From there on I can only review course by course. I already submitted the bug at Memrise, but never got an answer. I still try to figure out hoiw to solve this. Does anyone have the same problem?grafik|690x388
I already tried Firefox, Chrome, Explorer and Tor. It’s the same everywhere.
Still got no reaction, no solution. Is there anyone responsible for or at least concerned with customer service at Memrise?
@daniel.zohar @BeaTrisy Well, folks, if there ever is a contest for worst customer service in the world, I’ll bet my money on memrise, for sure.
I just posted something earlier trying to bump up a similar problem in the bug reports. For me it’s just with Italian courses when I try to review them all together. The error message comes up, and the the only way to review is one course at a time. This has been ongoing now for at least a couple or three weeks, maybe more.
This is exactly the same problem I have, for me in Croatian courses. It has been going on for about a month now. I posted it here and in the “Review-broken-again”-thread, sent an email, filled in a form memrise requested me to, cancelled my pro-account and declared the non-reaction as reason etc. I never got an answer.
Hi @MartinTr
Sorry to hear you’re still experiencing this problem. A screenshot in this case would be really helpfull
- Open Chrome and start a review session.
- Go to the Chrome menu at the top-right of your browser window, then select Tools > Developer Tools.
- In the chrome developer tools make sure the “Console” tab is clicked
- Continue with your review session untill you get the error.
- Take a screenshot of your whole browser window, making sure to catch the error message(s) and send it to us
Once we have this info we can look further into this issue.
Thank you

Hi @MartinTr
We’ve just released a fix for this issue so you’ll be able to do category reviews.
Happy learning

@BeaTrisy It works, than you. What’s new as well is that the dashboard now shows languages I don’t learn in the categories, like romanian in this screenshot:
Looks like a small glitch. Would you mid refreshing the page and seeing if it’s still shown?
Just refreshed, it isn’t shown anymore.
