Requesting refund

I requested a refund a the start of my renewal period. I no longer wish to subscribe to pro and I want my money back. I have a yearly plan so I am eligible. I have received an auto response and then nothing. The form for refunds does not work.

Me too, i have been charged with annual fees without any notification and i am not using memrise long time ago, i am asking for refund too because it’s been only seven days since the subscription renewed automatically. I found it out checking my bank statement
