Hi, I was trying out the premium subscription for 1 month but I haven’t used this website in a while. So I went into my settings and cancelled the renewal and tried to request a refund in https://www.memrise.com/premium/refunds/ but it says “You don’t have any subscriptions eligible for refund.” but I’m still in the 30 day period so I’m not sure what is wrong.
