Dear Memrise,
I had been a Memrise user for one year before I purchased a Pro version at 12 October 2017. At that time, I thought Memrise had helped me extend my range of vocabularies a lot. Therefore, I intended to support you by purchasing a one-month Pro version although it was not necessary for me. In my country, English learning websites like Memrise charged one-year fee even less than Memrise’s one-month fee.
However, I was charged a six-month fee without knowing it. Indeed, I have not received any notification from Memrise or the bank service until now. I have absolutely no intention of purchasing a six-month Pro version. Since I purchased it, I have been only active in 67 days. So I would like Memrise returns back me a three-month fee for time that I did not use Memrise. I know that it not included in the contract but I still hope that Memrise will take consider for my case. I would appreciate it.
