Hi I might be missing something but I can’t seem to find a button on a page where I can report a clear mistake in the questions. Why is it that the report button is missing?
That feature was recently removed.
Now you are supposed to go to a threat in this forum that was created specifically for that course and post your suggestions there. And if the thread doesn’t exist you are supposed to create one and hope that the course owner or contributor will read it. 
The thread can be found using the search button with : “Course Forum” they are also tagged with the same name (search by tags)
Or you can go in the section dedicated in this forum for it and look for it, if it exists.
I’ll not create course fora for others… the course creator should have that tiny bit of control over her/his own doings…
