Hello, I had already turned off the auto-renewal for my account back in December, but today I got a prompt saying that I renewed my subscription. I have canceled the subscription again today, and it has been less than an hour since it has, apparently, been renewed. Is there any way to refund this?
You can request a refund by visiting memrise.com/premium/refunds on web - please make sure you are logged in with the correct Memrise email address/username.
