Refund still possible?

I signed up for a monthly subscription with 30 days money back. I didn’t think the pro was good enough for what I needed so canceled it. However, I can no longer request a refund and the money (8.99 EUR) has been debited from my paypal! I would therefore like to ask if I can still request a refund.
