Refund please! I'm begging

Today, July 13 2020, I paid for pro ($44.99), I then canceled my subscription on google simply to cancel the automatic payments but instead it canceled my entire subscription! On google its says that my subscription is still active until July 2021 but on memrise I no longer had access to pro.

I was confused but decided to see if it was a bug and decided to pay an extra $8.99 for the monthly fee and that worked fine. I tried to get a refund using the link that memrise has for it but when I sign in it says I dont have any subscriptions that qualify, I dont understand since I know 30 days have not passed. SO can I please get a refund on my first order, my user is lizziestylinson9644 Please!!!

Thanks for reaching out, we’re sorry to hear this!

We can see that there were indeed 2 subscriptions running alongside each other on Google Play. We’ve now cancelled and refunded the amount for the annual subscription you initially purchased and can confirm your monthly subscription is still active, both in your Google Play account and on your Memrise profile.
