I’m sorry if this is in the wrong area, but I’m very frustrated and confused right now. I was unaware that there was an automatic renewal, and I promptly cancelled and requested a refund. No problems there, they cancelled the payment and I thought it was all good. I cancelled before the money was even taken out of my account.
I check my bank account today, and the $30 for the subscription was taken out. Gone AFTER I requested and was confirmed to have a refund. Still ok, I figured there was an issue, I’ll just contact support. But when I go in to request the refund, it tells me I don’t have an account so I can’t request a refund?
I’m just very confused and worried, I just would like to know that I am going to be refunded and that I’m not out that $30.

The link only sends me to the help section, and when I go to the refund option I am given this
There is a orange-ish contact us button on the upper right which will open up the email form.
I have sent in several emails and have never heard anything back.
If you’ve already tried again and didn’t receive a response then something must have gone wrong. In this case, try flagging MemriseMatty again (@ + MemriseMatty here in a posting).

@MemriseMatty I have sent in several requests for a refund, and have sent in the requested contact information, but still have not heard anything back.
Refunds can take up to 7-days to process.
