Hi, I forgot that I had a Memrise account as I purchased it last year during a sale. I have just been charged $79.99 for the app and I haven’t used it in 6 months. I tried to refund it today as I got an email notifying me of the resubscription came through but the Android Play store said the refund doesn’t meet the requirements. Can one of the staff here look into my account and have it refunded to me as soon as possible please? I have just cancelled the subscription today, no intention on using it and can not afford to be down $79.99nzd for something I forgot I purchased a year ago

@MemriseSupport and @MemriseMatty I have sent a couple of emails over the last 9 days and have not had a single reply from anybody, only bot replys sending me to a link that tells me I’m not eligible. I’m within 30 days still, despite the lack of replies from Memrise over the last 9 days. I’m very unhappy with the lack of urgency to my request, as $80 is a lot of money that is very needed right now. Can somebody help me with processing my refund please?
