I am trying to process a refund through https://www.memrise.com/premium/refunds/, however, clicking Submit does nothing. The text just disappears.
I am eligible for a refund. I bought a lifetime subscription yesterday, May 17, 2019.
I tried submitting the refund request in Firefox instead of Chrome, with a smaller request message, and it appears to have worked. I got a confirmation message on the website that the refund request was sent.
