Minimum requirements:
- Ability to use own texts
- click/tap gives a pop up definition
Nice to have:
- Ability to use own dictionaries for the pop up and to cycle through different dictionaries in the pop up
- Easy to add words to a flashcard list
- SRS to review the words in the flashcard list
- I prefer an app for Android or perhaps e-reader.
