Re-typing answers flagged as incorrect

this is not the case for all entries, but I’ve seen it repeatedly now - when I get a longer entry wrong during revision, and then re-type it at the bottom, it is flagged as incorrect until I type out the very last letter, at which point is turns green and is accepted.
Copying a partial string from the solution yields the same result, so it’s not my typing…

Example from this course:

further observation leads me towards the thought that this is something to do with the comma, and the way these now work, or should work. the course at hand, like all of mine, are set to Mark Typing Strictly, which appears to work fine for testing, but seems to confuse the re-typing functionality somehow

Hi,
I have a similar issue with the course “An introduction to regular expressions”; Where in level 5, typing the correct answer in some cases treated as typos and are not accepted. Entries like \d, \D, \n, \r, \S, \w , …

Here’s the Screenshot of the situation the correct answer is typed but Memrise doesn’t accept and proceed:

P.s: Is there any browser script to turn typing answer questions into multi choice ones? I saw already scripts which do reverse.

Thanks

Any fix or solution, please?
