Quick Q: What keyboard shortcuts do you use on tapping tests?

Hey folks! Quick question: What keyboard shortcuts do y’all use for tapping tests like below:

I’m using the numerals. Is there any other way that I haven’t noticed yet …?

I honestly can’t remember the last time I was presented with a tapping test when reviewing items (and, yes, it is turned on).

I mostly use a laptop and mouse so, whenever presented with a tapping test while learning new phrases, I don’t tend to use any keyboard shortcuts. If I did, I would use the number keys (top row, rather than numberpad).
