Questions on course data & audio clip "pushes" from central words databases

Can someone inform how “definitions/translations” and audio clips (colums no. 2 & no. 3) may or may not be “pushed” from a central “words” database to subsequent courses created or that are already existing?

Once a course is created, which used data from a central word “wiki” or database, do updates from the central location push forward to the courses, or are the definitions & audio clips now “unique” to the course?

I wonder as I often find audio clips (that are of very poor quality; i.e., lots of background noise & interference, dead airtime in the clip, etc.) that are repeated throughout various courses where the data was pulled from the “wiki” or central database.

Often I get “red audio buttons”, not sure the specifics why other than possibly corrupted audio clip data, or…? And it would be nice to get those out of the courses (as a contributor).

Is it possible to update from the wiki or central database, that will then “push” out to courses… or once in a course, it then becomes unique and has to be “cleaned” manually, one by one?

If it makes any difference, I download courses to the Apps on iOS devices as well as using the website interface. If I edit a course, do the edits push to a downloaded course, or does it have to be deleted & re-downloaded for the edits to take effect?

Thanks!
