I was doing a review, but the computer froze. Then the timer ran out even though everything was frozen from my perspective, and now the word is under my “difficult words.”
This is just maddening. We need a feature that can make an appeal when a word was botched by the system, rather than by our mistakes.
well u have an option at any course to remove difficult words
Thanks, that honestly surprises me. Of course, the last time I tried clicking the difficult words was a few years ago, when I was first introduced to the platform. To think I’d learn this by now!
