Since a few days, my app doesn´t sync my website progress well. Specifically, it does not add new words I added to a private course. I have to log out and in again to reproduce the current website state on the app, which is a bit annoying, since it also means that I have to constantly re-download my courses for offline use.
The sync process always used to work perfectly, so this is quite frustrating.
Has anyone else experienced this problem or has a solution?

I am facing similar problems. I simply cannot learn and progress with the app anymore. I had a 27 days streak yesterday and now it is gone again. Maybe its got something to do with our home router, but even with the offline mode, the progress is not saved and transmitted to the backend.
That’s making me sad and I am about to loose the motivation…
Now I start regreting to get memrise PRO.
Before starting learning in my memrise course (http://www.memrise.com/course/1162295/la-meta-a2/), the website said streak one day. Then I reviewed some and the app on my android phone says: “one” day streak again. In the web, the streak is now 1 day and the reviewed words are watered.
I am really pissed already as the app seems not to be able to transfer the progress through our home router. So I will loose my streak several times a week.
