How do I restore my hiking progress data on the application?
If everything is fine on the Web, check whether you have two accounts, i.e. different email addresses. Go to your settings page and use the email address found there to log on in the app. Once you’ve done that, give it a minute or two before you give up. Good luck!
If email is not the issue, then uninstall memrise and reinstall it in order to force re-synchronization.
