Yes, typically this is related to the individual course rather than the Android App as such. Which courses in particular?
Perhaps you should search for: “[Course Forum] the name of the course” to see if:
-
the new course forum has been created yet for that course; and
-
if it has, pose the query to the course creator there.
Speed review is for official Memrise courses only on the app, as far as I know
In fact for my course of Indonesian, I wrote to the creator, it said he did not really know how to do but a week after it began operating although sometimes this is not possible.
I have two English classes where it does not work at all (Spice up your English and Anglais débutant à avancé ) and I have not found the opportunity to contact the creators.
Well, there are no official memrise courses in my chosen subject area and I can do Speed Reviews - but not on all courses. It isn’t offered or is disabled by some of the courses, usually those with audio but I don’t understand why because Speed Review works for other courses that have audio, so all in all it is still a mystery.
The course Anglais Débutant à Avancé has this blurb describing the course:

and I have seen that the course creator: @EasyAcademy is active in this community forum so maybe you could approach them directly (well, now that I have @'d them, they will be aware of this predicament of yours). 
As far as I know speed review only works for courses with just text to text levels.
If the course contains an audio level (text to audio) I.E. a level that only displays a speaker icon and the translation for the audio then speed review will not work.
For example course “Beginner ♪: Spoken Irish 01-20: Buntús Cainte” level 6 is an audio level and speed review will not work.
Speed review probably won’t work on photo levels either.
Yes Lars, that’s it. There can be audio involved, but it isn’t the key. I stopped doing speed reviews months ago.
