Problem with the MEMRIZE PRO ACCOUNT ,i need some HELP PLEASE!

Hi Guys ! I’m using the memrize application since March to learn Japanese and spanish. I HAD A PRO ACCOUNT! I was already at level 3 to both and i had a 110 days streak badge. But when i went to vacation in Japan this July, i climbed the mont FUJI and my phone got some humidity inside ( it was raining all the night during the climb )and now my phone is completely dead !
I’ve ordered a new one but i won’t receive it before 2 weeks at least ( ordered in CHINA )
My question is HOW CAN I BENEFIT OF THE PRO MEMBERSHIP ON THE MAIN WEBSITE ??

I don’t want to pay again for a YEARLY PRO ACCOUNT because i already paid for it but i can’t see any section where in can get the PRO MEMBERSHIP AS WELL !

I NEED YOU HELP GUYS !! The PRO MEMBERSHIP HAD SOME FEATURES I NEED TO LEARN MORE FAST!

Is there any MEMRIZE CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER ???

If you have a pro account then the pro features are available fir you also on the website.

I use my pro account on my ipad but when I visit the website I see special pro features there too.

You need to login into your account. When you are logged in, you can benefit from all the features of the Pro membership, regardless on what platform or device you will learn.

The process of learning on web is slightly different from the app, however there are the same extra features of the Pro-membership present … and moreover there is also access to statistics (Pro-feature - accessible only in the web)

Thank you Petr ! I was logged in but the Pro features were not available for me so i’ll try again.
