Problem with Pro Subscription

Hi,
My pro subscription was due for an annual update in December, and on the day that I was reminded of this via a Paypal payment, I canceled my subscription. I wasn’t sure if this would mean I would pay for the year of pro with no renewals or if the payment would be canceled but, the result seems to be neither.
It has come to my attention that the money for another year’s subscription to pro was taken out of my bank account on the 22nd of December but my Memrise account has had no access to the pro features since then.
Can I get this resolved here? Ideally, I would like a refund for the years subscription since I’ve had no access to pro features anyway.

Please make sure you cancel the recurring subscription within your PayPal account to avoid being charged again in the future.
