Hi,

From yesterday I have the following problem with my account:

Attention! We’re experiencing some server issues that mean that progress isn’t being saved. We are working to fix this and will have it sorted out ASAP. Apologies for the inconvenience.

When I can expect solve this problem ?

Also I lost all my “STREAKs”. It also will be repaired/restored?

Yes, Memrise is undergoing some kind of problem and is working on a solution. There are directions here as to how to go about restoring your streak. Memrise website and apps are down [ Edit: Fixed! ] For the meantime, you may want to use the app to review.
