I’m a pro member, but for some reason I’ve never been able to view my stats for difficult words. This always happens:
Is this a glitch on my end?
What Search Engine are you using? And do you want to report this?
I’ve tried it with Explorer and Chrome, but I normally use Firefox. The same thing happened in all three though and I would like to report it.

There does indeed appear to be an issue with your account’s Difficult Words general overview. Apologies for the trouble.
Whilst we investigate, you can still access each course’s individual Difficult Words overview.
You should be able to do so by clicking on the course title, followed by the ‘difficult words’ button right next to the ‘levels’ button at the top.
