I canceled my pro features yet the “Account” settings does not indicate that it has been canceled. This is quite frustrating. It keeps telling me THIS message below no matter how many times I canceled…

Can someone help me confirm that my Pro features are canceled for good? Ideally, I would like refund if possible. I’m very surprised that the UI for the Settings of such a good app could be so poor when it comes to managing subscriptions.
Anyone know how to reach Memrise? I really need to know if Im still in the cycle of renewing because there is no way to tell! How is this acceptable to anyone?
