Pro version not accessible

I purchased pro 4 days ago and still do not have access to any of the extra features. I have emailed support and submitted my google receipt and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still no access. I guess I need to just cancel the subscription. Any suggestions on how to fix my issue or cancel my subscription? Thanks

Hi @bryantlee11159 We can see your subscription is active. It looks like you are Learning Spanish Mexico. However, you may need to learn some more words before the Pro features appear. Can you try learning the first few levels of Spanish Mexico? I hope this helps…

I’m also a pro subscriber for Hebrew with issues using it. I’ve Uninstaller and reinstalled, but the issues remain.
Issue 1. App doesn’t load offline even though I’ve downloaded it.
Issue 2. The words that show up in the difficult part are words it shows are mastered. This happens every time I do this section.

I have learned 87 words so far using your app. How many words do I have to learn to get access to the features I paid for? Thanks
