Pro Subscription play to appStore

I have a pro subscription but i switched to an ios device and since then the app thinks i don’t have pro.
can you help me with that?

Hi @SuperAvif5 It sounds like you created a new account, as opposed to logging in with your old one.

Can you sign out of Memrise on iOS, and click the login button on the top right hand side of the screen. Please then login with the original details you used to sign up with (email and password).
