I brought pro membership a couple weeks ago and it was going great, but when i logged on my badge had gone and the ‘go pro’ button is back. I can’t access any pro features. It’s all just gone. I bought it for a year, not 2 weeks. Will i get it back? Or a refund?

Sorry to hear this! It looks like Memrise Pro was removed in error by our system. We have now re-activated the annual plan from today. 
Thanks. It was working yesterday when I went on. But now it’s saying I
don’t have pro again. This is kind of annoying. I’m not sure if it’s doing
this on my laptop as well but I assume so ( I am currently using my android
phone). Can this be fixed please? Thank you.
