Pro mode doesn't work

Hello,
Purchased pro version on 04.06.2017, since then, nothing happened. On the Google play it seems everything ok but when I try to tap on a “pro” button the app first asks for an upgrade and when tapped it says I already have the pro version. Clean cache, removed app, reinstalled… nothing happens.
Wrote a post as a bug, no reply.
I “opened” two tickets, 5 & 6 june 2017. No replies.

Could you please help me to solve this? Thanks in advance

We’ve managed to locate your payment with the GPA no. and information provided. Sometimes there can be hiccups between Google and our Application. I’ve now manually activated your Memrise Pro from today! :slight_smile:

I have also had the same problem with upgrading to Pro on my android phone on 3.6.17. I have emailed but so far only had an automated response. What isWhere do I find the GPA order?
