Pro Account Not Being Recognized

I recently switched from a Galaxy S10+ to a Galaxy S21 and now my account is not being recognized on my new phone nor my desktop. I have tried logging out and logging back in. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

I am currently on the yearly subscription and was charged on June 24 (transaction ID: GPA.3345-3310-3838-61501).

Hi @KristinHeppner98, sorry to hear this. It’s possible that you had your subscription attached to a different profile previously, but I’ve just reactivated your subscription on the account under this same username. Hope this helps!
