I have pay for 3 months pro subscription using google play and I can’t use any of the pro features
what should I do ??

Can you send us your Memrise username and Google Email address (or GPA no.) to: https://memrise.helpshift.com/a/memrise-learn-a-new-language/ - There is a contact us button at the top right hand side
We can then activate your subscription.
