Hi everyone
I am starting a mandarin course named HSK level 1,2…5
Everything is perfect. good translation and several native pronunciation for each character.
every 25 character in a level followed by another level just for learning pinyin.
every one can master the pronunciation by audio files and the pinyins are just a hint to remember how to read it ( and not how to exactly read it!). therefore strictly testing the tone numbers is a hurdle for pinyin levels.
I know that there are many characters with the same pinyin but different tone number. but I am learning pinyins just for typing and the pinyin-based keyboards do not need tone numbers.
In the pinyin levels all answers without tone number considered wrong.
If possible edit these courses that everyone can pass pinyin tests without knowing tone numbers.
I think many other learners have this problem.
