Paid for a year (90$) and didn’t receive it

I accidentally auto renewed and I’m fine with that now. That being said, all the courses past the first free ones are still locked. I need an explanation and for the courses to be unlocked or my money back. I love this app but it’s extremely difficult to communicate with your people from memrise
