iPhone and Japanese 3 gives a red error box that opens saying there’s an error 303 after selecting “learn with locals” from menu. Also randomly get a similar box saying “Operation couldn’t be completed” after trying to view various lessons.

Can you un-install and re-install the app? If the error appears again, can you take a screenshot and post it? (for error 303).
Finally, can you confirm the device / OS you are using?
Hi - I’m also getting this error. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my iPhone 6 (iOS 12.0)
This is a little frustrating as I had uninstalled and reinstalled the app in order to try and sort out a different issue! (i.e. only getting the same 10 words via listening skills).
Any help would be appreciated
