During review, only the multiple choice option is provided for phrases longer than four words!
I’ve noticed this in the official Memrise Spanish (Mexican) course.
In all other courses, during review I’m given the option to type the answer (I find this preferable to multiple choice). Why is this course different in behavior than the others?
Thanks.
This was included in the February release notes:

You no longer have to worry about the safety of your data. We’ve made the web App safer by switching over to SSL protocol.
Learning Arabic will now be a joy, with left to right support for tapping tests on Memrise …
(Check last part of the post)
There have been lots of talk about this change. You can check them on the forums.

You can force your browser to offer all-typing tests with a userscript as described here
Thank you, Foorgol.
The script that you linked me to solves my problem. I’m happy again.
It’s unfortunate that we have to rely on a third-party script to restore a well-liked feature. Memrise, are you listening!!!
