On the new forum, how do people make suggestions for my list?

I just logged in today to see the link on my forum goes to this community-wide forum now. What happened to the years of conversations from the old forum? Are they gone? And more importantly, what now? How do people tell me about typos they found, or translation suggestions, or alias requests, or, my dream, requests to pitch in as a moderator?

My primary list is http://www.memrise.com/course/5623/biblical-ancient-greek-comprehensive/

Thanks risers!

Hi, @mrcolj.

There’s a somewhat lengthy topic on the matter here, which might be worth skimming through.

The general idea though is this: Yes, the old forums are unfortunately gone, aside from what was able to be archived ahead of time (you can see what I was able to grab here). What we need to do now is make forum topics here, either for individual courses or lumping all of a given user’s courses together under one topic. Yours for example would go in this category. I’d advise having a look at some of the other similar topics already posted to get an idea for how to format it.

Finally, it’d be a good idea to post somewhere on the course itself, such as in the course description or in a multimedia level, describing how to access the new topic, so your learners know where to post.

It’s not an ideal situation, but it’s what we have to work with now, I’m afraid.

Thank you all! I’ve done so here: [Course Forum] Biblical Ancient Greek – Comprehensive

And when creating the topic you can add [Course Forum] to the beginning of the title and add the course-forum tag, see:

You hadn’t yet added the tag so I’ve added it for you.
