On deleting audio files for languages you aren't fuent in

I may have imagined it but I think I’ve seen videos and audio files deleted from official and non-official courses because the learners complained they couldn’t hear all the letters syllables. That is the whole point of audio recordings, unstressed syllables in a language you don’t speak can be next to impossible to make out.

I teach English and I often have to play audio files over and over and over and over for students to hear words like unstressed “a” or the letter “s”, that doesn’t mean it’s not there, it is, and a native can hear it.

So I am saying please don’t delete anything unless you are a native or near-native in that language. Or get a native to check.
